To exchange the spinning center plate, simply push through the hole in the back of the belt to take the plate out and replace it with another one. It’s like getting four belts for the price of one!
Includes a magnet that will hold the plate in the correct position when it is done spinning. Plates are made of plastic. Also includes two non-removable side plates. Adjustable velcro strap fits up to a 32 inch waist.
Center plate measures roughly 8.6 inches tall by 9.5 inches wide. Circular plates are 6.5 inches in diameter. Side plates measure 3 inches tall by 4.5 inches wide.
